Building

  • Prime Condos is a new pre-construction condo project by CentreCourt Developments Inc.  The development is located at 319 Jarvis Street in Garden District, downtown Toronto in the heart of an exciting and fast-evolving corridor.
  • The development is proposed to be a 50-storey building on the southern side of Gerrard Street featuring a 4-storey podium plus a 46-storey tower, and including retail space at the street level.  
  • The podium will have outdoor amenity spaces on the second and third floors, together with a sprawling wraparound outdoor terrace atop the podium. Also, the podium will include indoor amenity space, probably in the form of party room, a fitness facility and a business centre.
  • It will have a total of 506 suites with the mix proposed to comprise 184 one-bedroom, 138 one-bedroom + den, 133 two-bedroom, as well as 51 three-bedroom suites.  
  • Suites sizes will vary between 400 sq. ft. and 1,200 sq. ft. The building will have 3 levels of underground parking providing parking and storage spaces for 47 vehicles and 507 bicycle respectively.
